We bring medical care, mental health care, and memory care together under one practice, so the parts of your health that affect each other are looked after by one team instead of three. That means fewer repeated stories, fewer gaps between providers, and care that takes the time to understand what is actually going on.
We see patients age 13 and older, in the office at 3901 Randolph Rd. in Silver Spring, by telehealth, or at home. Care is offered in English, Spanish, and Thai.

Becoming a patient is straightforward
- We welcome new patients age 13 and older.
- No referral is needed for most visits.
- We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most major private insurance.
- Self-pay options are available if you are uninsured or out of network.
