Please let us know if you need prescription refills because the pharmacy does not know your medical history so we do not accept their refill requests. Please leave your name and reason for your call in a voicemail, text, or email office@randolphclinic.com and we will respond as soon as possible. If we are closed during an emergency, please go to the nearest emergency room.

Randolph Clinic is a medical office located between Bethesda, Rockville, Silver Spring, Kensington, and Wheaton for patients in the Maryland, Washington DC, and Virginia area, with virtual or telehealth and in-person appointments. Our board-certified healthcare providers listen, without rushing, to assess, diagnose, and treat the primary care and mental health therapy needs of our patients.

Call/text (301)949-4994, email office@randolphclinic.com, or book online to schedule an appointment. Please let us know 24 hours before your appointment if you are unable to make it to your appointment so that those in medical need can be seen. We may charge up to $60 for no show fees.

Insurances
We are accepting new patients and are in network with major insurances such as Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Carefirst, Cigna, FirstHealth, GoldenRule, Humana, Medicare, Medicaid, Optum, LucentHealth, Tricare, United Healthcare, UMR, and Wellpoint (Maryland Amerigroup). If your insurance card has a doctor's name (PCP) on it, please call your insurance to change to either Nik Ooi before your appointment. We also accept self pay.
